Team

Project China is an association of full-time missionary families serving in mainland China and Taiwan.

Our missionary team is growing with new families completing their pre-field training. You can find out more about the members of our team below.

Speaking Availability

Usually, at least one member of the Project China full-time team is stateside and available for preaching and teaching engagements all over the country. We love to share what the Lord is doing through His churches in China/Taiwan, and we value every opportunity to challenge American Christians to get involved in worldwide missions.

Project China missionaries love to teach on all the following topics:

  • The primacy of church-planting in foreign missions
  • Exercising boldness in a country that restricts the preaching of the Gospel
  • How individual Christians can meaningfully take part in Chinese missions
  • The real condition of the modern Chinese church
  • Pursuing Christ’s glory by preaching to those without the Gospel

If you would like to schedule a missionary with Project China to come to your church, class, or another event, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Austin Till

Austin and his family have served as missionaries with Project China since 2017 and are now raising support in the States.

Austin originally moved to Southeast China in 2010, where he lived for five years. While there, he worked as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, learned Chinese, and involved himself in a local national church. It was there that he met his wife, a Chinese national, and got married.

While he was used of the Lord during those five years, he desired to get more involved in church and found his job as a teacher was taking up too much time that could otherwise be devoted to ministry. He also felt the need for church-planting training. Having discovered the blogs of Project China missionaries, he reached out to Project China and was advised to return to the States for a season of training and fund-raising.

Currently, Austin and his family are traveling the States preaching at churches and attending mission conferences as they raise the necessary funds to move to China and plant churches.

Lord willing, Austin’s experiences of living in China, learning the language, and being on the staff of a church in the States will be invaluable to him once he arrives back on the field.
